I love this for aromatherapy, and I think the magnesium really works. Years ago, I used HeadOn headache stick, and it had the same thing. I work long days in front of the computer, so I keep this at my desk and find myself reaching for it often thru the week. Sometimes I use it just for the scent, and the steel roller ball feels nice on my temples.

I was skeptical if this would actually work for me, But surprisingly it helps. It smells good and is not overwhelming. You will feel a cooling sensation when applied to skin. When I use it on my temples my eyes are sensitive for a few seconds but then it goes away.

Got the original years ago and loved it. This one is even better. The roller being made of metal is a game changer. Feels cool on your temples instantly helps with the headache. Smells great and truly does work. The magnesium is a great additive to the product. Will buy it again.

Smells good. Dont forget to shake the bottle otherwise you won’t get the full essential oil fragrance. It does seem to help with headache relief
