This light is well made and seems like it will last a long time, and is not too bulky either. I wasn't sure about brightness, but dang you can light up your whole camp site with this thing. Takes a little practice to use the button w/ winter dive gloves; would have been fine w/ just on/off. Surprised, but the single band headstrap stays in place well, but might be the weakest link, should figure out how to add a backup. Not sure how long the o-rings will last; so far so good. Very bright, hope I'm not blinding the undersized lobsters. Here are some usage tips for reference: 1. Please remove the transparent protective film befor using the battery. 2. The battery needs to be fully charged before putting it into actual use. Because the new battery itself has a little power, it can work for about 30-40 minutes. A fully charged battery can work for more than 2 hours. 3. Please install the battery correctly, the negative pole (-) of the battery is close to the tail cover. 4. As shown in the video, the tail cap must be tightened, otherwise the light will not work. Pros, great and brights, waterproof works, lets you know when its about to shut off or battery is dead. Cons, the buttons to change the light settings is annoying when its dark and I am trying to not scare people with the panic strobe light that goes off when trying to change the light setting to dim the light or just turn it off. Also when the lights flashes to let you know the battery is dying or going to shut off, you need to get out of the water fast like maybe 30 seconds or so and that can be dangerous when its pitch dark and you are in deep water and wander off into the deeper end in the dark.
