I never thought I would be in between sizes until now! I'm two different flange sizes and was using 17mm and 19mm, but always found them to be too small and the 19 and 21mm to be too big. So I bought 18mm and 20mm and it's the perfect fit! Quailty is great and it fits my Momcozy M6 and V1 pro. I've been breastfeeding for almost 2.5 years (a little over 2 years with my middle child until I had her sister.) I thought it was my pumps until I decided to get these, and it's been a game changer. I would be lucky to get 3-4 oz after 30 minutes of pumping. I now get anywhere from 5-6+ oz within 20 minutes. If you're on the fence, go ahead and give it a try. I also have elastic nipples and because these are more narrow than the average flange, the suction is alot better and my nipples no longer hurt.

Have been using the same ones for 4 months now and they have no cracks or tears in them! They work great with my Elvie 2 pump and are a thicker material. 10/10 would recommend

This is my third time purchasing these flange inserts. I love how soft they are compared to the hard silicone feel of other brands. These are also easy to wash and fit great in my spectra flanges and also my Elvie stride breast pumps!

I went through 6-7 brands of inserts before placing these in my eufy e20s. While I love the pumps I needed the right inserts. These stop the pinch. They fit in perfectly. They’re smooth and they make even numbers (hard to find). And they cost less than the competition.

I love these more than I thought I would. I bought these as replacements since you’re supposed to replace them every few months. I chose these for several reasons; the first being that they’re cheaper than the elvie ones, and second because they were pink so I could keep track by color which ones I had replaced most recently. They’re great and I think they increased the suction of my pump. Not just because they’re newer, I also was given a brand new set of the elvie brand diaphragms shortly after I got these and I feel like these work better!! I’ve had no issues with leaking and my brand new elvie brand diaphragms leaked. So I’m sold on these!! I just wish they came in different colors so I could replace a few at a time and keep track of which had been replaced. Overall great value and I’m definitely going to order more!

I feel like they worked well for a week and then I slowly stopped getting as much milk. Now I’m constantly taking the pump off due to pack flow and not suction. It slides forward and makes a milk pocket that won’t go into the bottle or will only build up and leak everywhere. Boiling them does not return them to their original state of usage is what it causing them to become loose.

These flange inserts are a little long and do no fit into my pumps that I have (Momcozy M6, Motif Luna, and Medela hand pump).

Size guide is pretty accurate, they’re very simple to pop into your pump and they’re comfortable. No pinching or sliding around
