I was looking for a good quality product at a reasonable price (having gone through two similar products before) that might last a while. I found the one listed as Brushed metal but wanted the same product in chrome to match my existing fixtures. This listing was not clear that it was the same product but different finish. The other listing is much more informative and has lots more pictures. I wanted / needed the shutoff on the handle and a good diverter. The picks here were not clear nor was the description. So just to be sure I thought I would check the manufactures web site. The link did not work. No problem, off I went to Google. Bingo -- Jackpot! Great website but I still didn't get why this listing gave a shorter length hose and what about those shutoffs? Well the web site had a phone number...in the USA... wow, wasn't sure those still existed. So I called it and got an English speaking person in Arizona who sounded like he owned the company. He was frank, helpful and very intrested in my understanding his product. The hose is 60+ inches -- the long one, and the diverter, valve and the rest are exactly the same for both. He told me what was metal (everything but the two heads) and what was not -- not why. Apparently they would be too heavy in brass. He failed to mention that the very cool suction holder was plastic also (big deal - not). While we were talking I noticed that I actually own one of his other products, a shower head I really like. He also was perfectly happy to have me buy it through Amazon rather than him so I could get the Prime shipping I needed. So it arrived in less than 24 hours and got here 40 min ago. It is installed and working already and seems to be exactly what I expected. My wife who needed this after her recent surgery will be using it shortly and even she remarks "it's in already?" I can’t say it will be that easy for everyone but my 13 year old son helped and had it figured out right away. The instructions I hardly needed were clear and concise and they even included the Teflon tape you need. Since very little in this world seems to work out to be what you expected and less lasts as long as it should -- if this thing lasts it will earn every bit of four stars. Oh and by the way - I am not the manufacturer, there employee, or compensated by them. I am just a consumer like you. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4.0 out of 5 stars High quality *by S***N on Reviewed in the United States on November 16, 2013* A pretty high quality setup. I can recommend it. Seems to be well built. No leaks whatsoever, and the spray pattern is very even and nice. Essentially a perfect circle at the default setting, with no stray streams. We'll see if they stay straight after a few years. Not high pressure, but I haven't tried removing the restrictor, as the pressure suffices for me.It's relatively stylish. Though I don't like the abrupt way the handle goes into the cutoff valve.The cutoff valve leaks a little, so you can't use that as a primary diverter.I replaced the diverter with a Delta 3-way switch type, because we like to take tandem showers with my wife. It works great. The original valve is only two way, so you can't use both heads at the same time. What use is that??The handle bracket is great! It's really nice to have the suction cup option, and it hasn't fallen off since I stuck it on several months ago. The diameter is not too huge, like my old setup was, and that would fall off every few weeks. Being able to solid mount it is also a great option. I also read many reviews for MOEN, DELTA, and several other brands. Seemed like a lot of unhappy customers.I like this product. Good pressure for both the standard head and the hand held unit, though the hand held has "slightly" less pressure/volume. But here's the rub: the standard shower head is a bit too much, so I'm going to add a flow reducer to it to cut down the volume a bit... probably something that's variable.So, in all, good quality (for the money).
