I bought this along with the essence princess lash black mascara. I think the black mascara does an okay job at hiding the mint-teal tint of this primer product. The mascara definitely preforms better alone without this primer. Up close, I could still see the mint tint and that tint seemed to make the black mascara's black tint tone done into a less bold black.

Amazing primer!!! I’ve used the Too Face and Lash Paradise eyelash primer and those don’t even come close to this. I wasn’t expecting anything too amazing due to the price but this far surpassed my expectations. I absolutely recommend this.

Tried this product for the first time ever. After a while of use I can say that it works well - better than I thought! You do need to wipe off the wand on the side of the tube so you aren’t applying too much product, let it dry a bit (maybe 1 minute?) until it is slightly tacky, then apply your mascara. Looks like I am wearing false lashes but without the mess!

Fabulous primer. I never used primer before…and at 73, decided I should try something new. So glad I did. Smooth application, and makes those little lashes stand up to attention. No clumping. Does increase length and volume noticeably…but is entirely natural looking. Planning to stockpile this stuff it’s that good. New idea for stocking stuffers this Christmas.

Honestly, for a primer it worked nicely. Took a bit to dry, so had to wait to apply the mascara after. The only issue is (which i seen in other reviews as well...) You can see the green color of the primer on some of the lashes even after you apply the mascara. Which just looked odd. It didnt matter how much mascara i applied, you could still see the green tint from the primer showing through on my lashes. Okay product. Probably would not repurchase..

If you’re 100% tired of paying to get your lashes done like I am just get this product and then the waterproof mascara with it as well as the make up remover. Best life hack this year.

This is a great lash primer. I love Essence mascara and had to try their primer. It covers each lash and makes the mascara better than it already is. It's a great value for the money.
