Defective product.
I have recieved an used product.However I decided to keep.but now keys are strucking while playing. I don't know how and where to claim warranty as there is no option to claim through your platform. Please do the needful.

Great product
Midiplus is a great brand!!! I’ve been looking for a midi keyboard from a very long time. I needed something that I could carry everywhere something that was portable but still gave me a full piano feel This was a perfect match for me. When I received the product i fell in love with the key quality and the features this keyboard has. I would give 11/10 for this product

Received un-sealed box
I suspect i received a used product as I got an unsealed box. Very unprofessional even though the product looks new. Also, the keys feel like they might pop out any time.

worst product! the sustain pedal is not included and on top of that the pedal option for this keyboard is pathetic! i’m unable to use my existing sustain pedal which is standard for this. the keys are horrible and price is 5.6k for this??
