When I first received this mop I was not happy it had 5 parts & it really wasn’t obvious how it should be assembled. I was all ready to return it. As I was boxing it up the instructions fell out of the box, I followed the instructions & in just a couple of minutes I had a great mop. I am now a satisfied customer.

I had some difficulty with assembly. The recessed attachment for attaching mop head to mop handle was recessed too deep. I had to draw it to the top with a screw. I did receive the blue cloth, though. My error. My apologies.

Nice mop. A little too expensive. Not the best quality, but works very well.

The mop actually works decently. I bought the mop about 8 months ago and it started splitting along the handle where the sections screw into each other. The metal is way too thin in that area.

Better than expected great quality

I love this swiffer pole. I use it dry and it is strong enough for dry cleaning. I love the pole because it stays in place when you lift it to clean shoe moldings and other trim throughout the house. I don't have to bend down to clean these moldings now . Just have to get the hang of putting the dust cloth on the applicator. Read the box. I looked for directions and found them on the box. It was tricky at first. You will have to grasp it at the end of the pole, the blue colored area to open the bottom to install the cloth. It doesn't flip and flop like my old Swiffer pole it stays where you want it. The generic swiffer clothes fit perfect with a slight overhang that I like because it gets in all the corners.

But I love how it's so easy to wring out!
