Mystical Shaman Oracle

At first I was put off by these cards - the price, then the limited imagery.. or so i thought.. BUT! I am now a fan.. I got to have a feel for them on a w/shop, where they randomly showed up.. i only got to see a few images, but they kinda stuck in my mind, so i ordered a set. They are lovely, the packaging is really excellent and beautiful, the imagery is delightful, earthy, deep, magical and reverent, much more going on in there if you take the time to look & ask the image.. the write ups are good, perfect for what you need. I actually like the books direct simplicity - they do not say too much, but what they say is enough! It means you have the opportunity to exercise your intuition rather than be spoon fed the reading! The only thing i would of changed, thought a bit more about was the quality of the paper/card of the book and cards as it doesn't match the quality packaging and could be a lot better and nicer.. but otherwise i really like their energy and there intent, they work great with my crystal mandala oracle set and coupled with an animal medicine set and a few other they are great.. they seem to have found their home in my card collection and will have much use.. so thank you for these delights :-)

I guess this is very subjective and personal. This is my first oracle deck and they really speak to me. The art is amazing, you can really look deeply at each card and feel the energy, the message...

This is my first set of oracle cards. I am very fussy about the artwork and quality, and I loved the fact that this was a pack created by three people very well known for their intuition and spiritual sensitivity. I also am happy they are not ‘angel’ cards because personally I don’t really relate to angels, as such; I am much more drawn to ‘spirit’. These also draw inspiration from native traditions across the world and are not only Native American, and I appreciate that also, although there is more emphasis on Native American, which suits me down to the ground. I am so impressed. The quality is topnotch. The artwork is extremely good. There are only two pictures that I don’t particularly like, out of 64 cards. I can ponder the images for ages and perceive all kinds of helpful things before I even read the accompanying booklet. So far i have been blown away by how accurate the readings are. The very first card I drew was also the one I was most drawn to when perusing the pack before I began using it. I then drew the same card the following day, and twice more since then, over a very short period of time. They already feel so sacred to me. These cards are fast becoming an important tool for me to receive messages from the world of Spirit. I am cautious not to rely on them for all my decisions and choices, but rather use them for confirmation, or for a first message which then receives confirmation by other means and methods. After all, it’s our own inner wisdom we are learning to trust and hear, and these cards are a wonderful way to facilitate this sacred intention. The only disadvantage, which may be common to many oracle cards: I wouldn’t know, is that they are quite large and such good quality that they feel a bit like very thin wood. Shuffling is surprisingly ok, but spreading the cards is a bit tricky; they tend to clump together a little.

Beautiful quality, beautiful art, why not?

I returned these cards. They feel very nice and the art work is beautiful. They come beautifully packaged too. Even the book you get with it is nice. For me though, they were just too big. If you're into oracle cards, and aren't too fussed about the size, perhaps you'll like them.

As yet, I have only used cards three times by selecting one from the fanned cards. The accuracy of the messages received has surprised me. The "name" of my first card was a word used in a context I had never thought of but I understood the meaning and this was emphasised further when a couple of days later I came across this spiritual meaning of this everyday word in a book unrelated to shamanism. This had significance for me. The next two cards were also relevant to my questions, although the third was not entirely the answer I was hoping for. However, I recognised the truth of it and felt more comfortable with my approach to life. I admit I am amazed at the relevant answers I have been given thus far. I tend not to accept everything I come across in mystical matters but the appropriateness of my cards up to now have startled me whilst making me feel I am on the right track. The cards are beautifully designed and the accompanying book is well presented and explanatory. Pleased I bought this set.

J'adore les illustrations de ce deck, les couleurs sont magnifiques, le thème, tout est beau. C'est un magnifique coffret de collection, illustré par Jena DellaGrottaglia et créé par Alberto Villoldo, Colette Baron-Reid et Marcela Lobos. Le coffret est accompagné d'un Guidebook et une petite boite avec les cartes. Sinon, les cartes et livre sont en anglais, mais celui-ci est assez facile à comprendre, il y a une petite explication de comment il fonctionne et exemple de tirage. L'interprétation des cartes est divisée en trois : - The essence, à lire en toute circonstance en premier, elle fait passer le message de la carte. - The invitation: à lire seulement si carte est à l'endroit, parle des dons que l'Esprit Shaman de la carte vous offre à ce moment précis, c'est un appel à l'action. - The medecine: à lire seulement si la carte est inversée, indique l'aspect, le domaine de la vie ou des relation qui doivent être équilibrés ou remplacés. Il faut vraiment faire un tirage avec les cartes dans les deux sans pour pouvoir bénéficier de toutes les interprétations, le deck possède 64 cartes, mais en les mettant à l'envers c'est un peu comme si le nombre dupliqué. Elles se mélangent bien, mais avec le temps, le mélange se fera plus facilement. Certaines cartes ne font pas vraiment Shaman, mais je relève, cela n'enlève en rien de sa beauté. Le coffret est un peu trop gros sans réelle nécessité, juste pour ceux qui ne veulent pas trop d'encombrement, ça peut-être un moins.

Oh this is big! A heavyweighter in many ways! Deep wisdom! Beautiful pictures and the book is fantastic. C B R has created yet another masterpiece! The only thing that is a tiny minus: the cards stuck together and are hard to shuffle, even after some time of use. I just hope that will become better. But that would not prevent me from buying this deck again!

Está hermoso! Viene con una caja muy bonita que cuida el libro guía del oráculo y además las cartas... Las ilustraciones y la impresión es mate y de muy buena calidad. La interpretación que ofrece el libro es muy bonita y tiene un buen significado estudiado desde lo sociológico y desde el inconsciente colectivo. MUY RECOMENDABLE, EXCELENTE CALIDAD!

Love these cards. They lean towards a more intuitive reading rather than strictly by the book allowing a more organic format of reading. The artwork is beautiful and the cards are a larger format on thick card stock with a matte finish. A reader can simply adhere to the book’s explanations but the imagery is primal enough to instigate a natural insight which augments readings beyond the basic explanations given. If a person collects oracle decks for the artwork this will be a great addition. If a person loves using oracle decks that operate within a framework that allows for intuitive expansion then this deck is for them as well.
