Dolphin DC-100S Super B Connector w/Sealant 100 Pcs.

Love these little things. I took one apart to see how it works and there are little jagged pieces that engage on the wires, going through the insulation and making contact on the wire inside. Then the stuff on the inside of it seals it from the weather conditions. It makes quick work of attaching two or even more small wires together. If you want to be extra good, you could also strip the wires and twist them together before crimping. But overall, you don't really need to do that. It does a great job as is designed.

Excellent for splicing wires.

I used them in my garage door installation career for connecting low voltage wires in garages. Never had a callback. Excellent.

work pretty good for smaller gauge wire, don't last forever in a wet environment. we use in outdoor enclosures but still can get damp in there and fail after a few years. but a nice quick easy option

These are perfect for what I do (security alarm and CCTV technician) I use them for low voltage wiring almost daily. You cannot beat the price and I would not recommend any other brand. Dolphins (blue or white) are fantastic and just work. I prefer the blue ones as they have a gel sealant inside the connector (vs the white, which do not) so that water and whatnot has a harder time penetrating the splices. Easy to un-crimp too and usually holds together just fine if you need to reuse after fixing a splice. Love em. I will only use dolphin connectors.

We used these for some low voltage audio connections. The connections are located in a floor plate and sometimes get a little wet as they are mopped over. They seem to be holding up well. The only issue I had, is there isn't much movement on the connectors when crimping so it is a little hard to tell how much to press them.
