I told them year make and model. I told them the issues I was having. So they had me order a machined part that isn’t even listed on there site or in any of the paperwork that came with the hitch. This product turned out to be a total waste of my time and money. Nothing worked at all. I had at least one and a half inches of space between the bed of the truck and the hitch. It just doesn’t work. Plus they were supposed to send me pictures to my phone or email they never did.
