I've tried many NON-STICK bake ware brands and none of them delivered long-term performance. Over time (not much time) all of them will loose their non-stick properties, especially ceramic. Without a doubt, all of the Circulon pans that I have used are the best. They are NOT ceramic. They are heavy-duty, strong and well built. They have never peeled and have the best release-quality of any brand that I've used. They bake evenly and consistently. Clean-up is effortless with just warm, soapy water. Just hand wash with ease. The Circulon brand of pans will never disappoint. If you want to up-grade to top-level quality, then you should definitely try the Circulon brand of bake ware. You will not be disappointed. You will be pleasantly surprised at Circulon performance. I purchased casaWare Ceramic pans and was very pleased with the non-stick quality. I originally gave a very positive review of them. I updated my review of them and advised everyone not to purchase them. The worked beautifully for a while. Then, the ceramic coating peeled off and they were terrible .... a complete waste of money. As I later discovered, all pans with ceramic coatings will start to peel and become useless.

I order this cake pan when my Pampered Chef was showing it's age. This cake pan is awesome. Totally non stick. Cleans up great. I don't put it in the dishwasher. I wash by hand which is recommended by the manufacturer. It also comes with a lid which is easy to put on and take off. I love this pan so much I'm going to order the bread pans. I'm sure they will be the same great quality.

I used this recently for a frittata for a big group. Served up easily, no sticky issues. Heavy construction and lid fits nicely for transporting. Lid is NOT oven safe, securely attaches for use in refrigerator or transport to a gathering. In cleaning, i noticed that there might have been a bit of residual butter (no crusty food) in the ridges after i cleaned with soapy water and a nylon net covered sponge. I boiled a bit of water and poured it in, emptied water and cleaned again with soapy water. Simple solution, jest be sure the water is hot enough, not tepid as i had used. Well made product. Dishwasher NOT recommended.

I love these pans! I bought two to replace some Wilton pans that also had covers. I loved the Wilton pans because of their covers but the nonstick material came off on all three of my pans after owning them for just a few months. It was a cheap pan made of cheap materials. This pan, however, is the complete opposite. It's made of quality materials, is extremely sturdy, is easy to wash (I wash by hand only), and is great for storing leftovers. The raised lid allows you to store foods that are taller than the height of the pan. When I read reviews prior to ordering this pan, I saw that several people had commented that these pans are hard to open. I thought the same thing too but I'm so glad I didn't return these. It turns out that I've been opening them incorrectly for a few months now. I feel like an idiot. So if you look at the sides of the pan, you'll see what appears to be four small notches. I've been trying to open the pan using these four notches and it was frustrating at times. Anyway, I came here to write this review because other people are probably doing the same thing. The way to correctly open these pans is to use the long notch that's between the two smaller notches. So there are two long notches, one on each of the longer sides of the pan. Duh!!! Easy peasy! No problems opening the pans now. I purchased two of these pans and absolutely love them now that I know how to open them. I hope that some of you find this review helpful.

This baking pan is awesome ! Nothing sticks to it and it is very easy to clean ! Lid seals well and easy to remove once you learn to pull on the center of the sides and lift. Do not try to remove it by lifting the corners, you will probably crack it !!!
