Have used this for many. years !!! It works pretty fast for my heartburn. And the TASTE is delicious.. I have to be careful NOT to eat too many for dessert.. LOL.

This stuff REALLY works! Recently my husband and I got sick and coughed violently. I was better in 7 - 10 days. He continued! He took 2 courses of antibiotics and steroids over the next several weeks, with no improvement! Third trip to a doctor, he was diagnosed with acid reflux, exacerbated by the original cough, it was what was causing the continuous cough cycle now. He was prescribed Prilosec but told it would take 6 weeks to completely calm it down! During online research, I learned digestive enzymes would help acid reflux. I got a bottle of this, put it on the kitchen table and had him take two every time he ate. Within 24 hours there was MAJOR improvement! Within a couple of days the coughing was completely GONE! For the 25 years we've been together, he's always had an excess mucus issue with sinus drainage that would often make him, cough choke and gag, but that's GONE, TOO! SERIOUSLY, he's better and quieter than I've EVER known him to be! I didn't realize he was almost out when the first bottle was done! I bought a different brand and the draining and coughing started again! For the several days it took for this to arrive, he got worse. Within 24 hours of starting back on this he's all cleared up again! I'm SO IMPRESSED! This work great but the taste is HORRIBLE!!! Unbearable sometimes even! Wish they came in gel caps but product does work.

I began taking probiotics several years ago after my local herbal/natural medicine store owner and friend recommended I incorporate them into my diet. The ones I started buying and using were great, but didn't fit well into my budget. I discovered these and have been taking them for at least 3 years now, and I'm very happy with them. I must warn you, these are not coated tablets and smell absolutely disgusting. The odor is awful and nearly caused me to not take them at all in the beginning. But, I'm glad I did because I have very little bloat since incorporating them into my diet, even after eating raw veggies. I used to get terrible pain from trapped gas, but I have found that the probiotics I took before as well as these (much less expensive but equally effective) Spring Valley Multi-Enzyme Probiotics has greatly reduced this very uncomfortable symptom. Although the suggested use/directions on the bottle says to take 3 tablets before or after each meal, I generally have had good success with 3 pills nightly after my evening meal. Additionally, I also take Nature Made High Potency Magnesium 400 mg - 150 Liquid Softgels which has helped me tremendously with other unpleasant digestive/regularity issues.

This is easy to take and is a good multi enzyme probiotic.

While I’ve used this product for a while now, and love it - not this time. I only ordered it online bc I couldn’t find it at my local store. Sadly, there were several broken tablets and a lot of dust from the tablets in the bottom. Won’t order again.

I read a book, bought on Amazon, called Kick Your Fat,etc,etc. It has lots of recommendations, many of which I am poor at following. I had my gall bladder removed many years ago. One of the things the book says is, if you don't have a gall bladder, you need ox bile. Yuck...not for me!!! A good friend who also read the book told me she was having a lot of success with a digestive enzyme that was also a probiotic. Of course, I came to Amazon, and checked out the least expensive combination that looked good, and had good reviews. It really was luck of the draw, and I lucked out. These work really well for me. My digestion is improving, I'm feeling better, and I've actually lost weight. I'm on my third bottle. Oh yeah...two things...it contains ox bile. What do you know, it was true, I did need it. And, reading the label carefully, I noticed it is distributed by ...Wal-Mart Stores. Cracked me up! Checked my local W, and guess what? No, you won't believe it unless you see it for yourself. I hate taking pills, but, I just may have to keep using these for a long, long time!
