Easy to use and covered in a non-obvious way. Good for between dye jobs. I was satisfied with the match with my hair.

Does Not Work

I think it's a good product. The problem is that you buy it sight unseen. You hope the colors they offer are perfect for you.It would be best if you had a range of colors to test. Then buy the one that works best. I suggest that you make a 3 or 4 range color sampler. instead of the fancy expensive package just send a small sample of choices. They would be similar in size to a package of multiple eye shadows. Included would be a small sponge applicator. An example would be, light blond, medium blond, dark blond, a fourth suggestion would be light brown.If I spend X amount for a product that I had to buy sight unseen and the color is wrong, I won't spend more money on another maybe color. I'd go to another company and try their colors.

Great product I used on my mom every time I wash her hair

I wasn't sure if this product would work but was very pleasantly surprised by it's performance. I love the packaging and the fact that it comes with an applicator built right in. Easy to throw in your purse in case you need a retouch! I don't have a ton of grey but it covered the offending strands with ease and the coverage is layerable for more or less. It also made the spot where my hair is thin much less noticeable. I'm happy with this purchase and have already recommended to family.
