Perfect for Dishwasher
Perfect valve for my dishwasher. Easily installed and positive shutoff.

Easy to install, superior to piercing valve
I am a plumbing snob who prefers to solder most connections. However, adding a refrigerator shut off or replacing one of those horrible piercing, shut off valves, this is the go to choice. Soldering pipes with water in the line is cumbersome at best. This push to fit valve eliminates the need to solder and can easily be replaced. It securely turns water on and off. A piercing valve will leak and will likely not turn the water off when you need to. This valve was inexpensive, easy to install, and works well.

great little valve, easy to install, worked perfectly to tap into a cold water line under a sink to add a water filter.
