As a pillow good but not effective for service.

Pillow is nice but before completing 1 year it surface gets crack and this wear is not part of 1 year warranty,one year warranty only includes manufactures defects

Best pillows I’ve brought so comfy

My wife convinced me to try the Bamboo Pillow by Sleepsia - before trying it I considered it the heaviest pillow I've ever held and one I couldn't squeeze flat. Reluctantly I tried the pillow and discovered the Bamboo Pillow was very firm and allowed me to get a very comfortable night's sleep. I have cervical neck issues and also use a Bi-Pap machine for sleep, the Bamboo Pillow has helped me greatly through the night. I consider this pillow the best pillow ever!

Wir sind mehr als zufrieden. Am Anfang waren wir skeptisch, da wir schon lange suchen. 2-3 Tage nach der Bestellung waren beide Kissen da mit zusätzlichem Stoff um Aufzufüllen. Aber es hatte ca 4-5 Tage gedauert bis das Kissen sein vollen Volumen entfaltet hat und wir wir müssten sogar Entfernen, uns gefällt das es individuell anzupassen ist und man die Dicke und härte so einstellen wie man möchte. Bei den meisten anderen ist es Standard und dadurch entweder zu groß und steif oder zu klein und weich. Hier kann ich es auf meine Bedürfnisse anpassen

When we first received the pillows, we felt they were too firm and a little lumpy with the pillow case cover removed (I removed it to wash it and let the pillows air out). Once I put the pillow case covers back on (which are fairly thick), the pillow didn’t feel that lumpy anymore. Still felt kinda too firm at first, but thought we’d give them a try. After sleeping on them for a few nights, turns out we both slept quite well! They offer good neck support, especially if you’re a side sleeper. Also liked that we both didn’t sweat like our previous pillows...the pillows stayed quite cool. Didn’t have to flip them over half-way through the night. Lastly being a little heavy, you can’t accidentally push them off the bed if you toss and turn a bit. They ended up being keepers!
