NT Labs AxoTonic Salt Mixture Osmotic Support (500g)

I use all three of this companies products for my axolotyl buddie. I do a 75 percent change around every two weeks, wash the things in his tank in cold water and add a little of each product. He’s super healthy and happy so they must do the trick! We use their pellets too!

Seems to work well and my axolotl is thriving

Increase GH. But not KH. For KH need to buy KH Up NTLabs. Both working great

Easy to use. Most expensive salt i have ever bought but they are worth it. Makes the water for them more livable along with their other products.

I live in a very soft water area (KH under 1, GH 2-3) and have been using Aquadur for the last 18 months. I purchased this as it seems to be permanently unavailable now and needed an alternative solution. You will need more than the dose indicated on the packaging. It took 2.5 teaspoons per 5l to bring my GH up to 8 (packet indicates 1.4 per 5l would be sufficient) . However, it had no effect on KH at all, even when I further increased the dose. Very disappointing and means this is not the one product solution it is marketed as. I now need to buy another product to address the KH and have a tank full of water unfit for my axolotl to inhabit.
