20pcs 2K3 Ohm Potentiometer Replacement for Dualsense PS5 Controller, Trim Pot Resistor Thumbstick Module Sensor for ALPS Analog Joystick

Works great with Dualsense 5. The very first one worked in my case and have had zero stick drift as of now.

Not sure if one arrived broken or not. To minimize the repair work I just replaced the inner white piece. On the first attempt one of the clips was broken either by me or poor QC. Totally possible that I broke it while transferring to the controller so I can’t fault the product. Stick drift was heavy left on the left stick. After the replacement it is good as new. Time will tell how long this will last but as of now I’m saved from a replacement and can do it 18 more times 🙂 Also, the ribbon cables on these controllers are a thousand times better positioned and easier to connect in comparison to the ps4 controllers. If you are hesitant because you think all the tech packed into these will make it a harder job than it was on last gen this is not necessarily the case.

I have already replaced two of the resistors on two different controllers. I didn't have to solder anything. Just find the YouTube videos of how to do that. Also don't forget to calibrate it afterwards. Super easy, there are web sites that allow you to check drift before disassembly. And another web site to calibrate centre after assembly (it maybe a bit off, and you want it to be perfect)

its good it works with ps5 dualsense. replaced them and drift was gone. be sure to calibrate your dualsense befor you use it to play games

I'd been using full analog sticks I'd purchased then pulling the potentiometers out to fix stick drift on PS5 Dual Sense controllers until I found these! No reason to buy a fill analog arick when I cannjuat purchase the poeltentiometwrs themselves! These are direct replacement pots that dont even need to be recalibrate in blue and green PS5 controller analog sticks. If you use these parts in an orange analog stick I have found you will need to recalibrate them Im guessing the ohm value is different but there are mixed reviews on whether they're all directly compatible or not online. Buying just these pots is worth the cost vs a full stick if you don't need to replace the entire assembly. Cuts out all the soldering work replacing pots if that's your only issue! I'll be buying again once I use these up. Came with a bunch of useful tools that I believe are extra value above and beyond the cost of the pots! I love this little kit!
