Don’t buy from them!
I purchases a brand new washer and dryer a few weeks ago, paid for deliver and installation. They left without changing the door to open on the correct side. We followed the manual and tried to do it and the first screw we tried to remove was misaligned and would not come out. Called LG they said it was still in my 2 week window for return but they would send a service guy out to try to fix first. Service guys called they say he was supposed to come and said that kind of issue is a defect and I need get a replacement. Called LG and they said they would not replace, REFUSED to transfer me to a supervisor and hung up on me. I have a brand new dryer with a door that opens the wrong way and LG refuses to address. Filing a complaint with the BBB.
