Such a great product, comes with multiple resistance options so beginner to advanced athlete can train. Its a great alternative for those who cant join gym, as it comes with a booklet showing multiple variations one can try to achieve overall fitness.

Value for money
The quality of the bands is nice and one of the best feature is we get 3 bands with different level of resistance. I actually got these resistance bands for working out at home. These bands allows you to do variety of exercise depending which body part you want to focus. These are strong and durable and you even get a handy manual suggesting different exercises that can be done using the bands. Excellent value for the money one should surely go for it.

The product was received in good quality. But it stinks like a typical rubber band. Slips off during workout, left my clothes white with rubber stink after multiple uses. Even medium band is too light for a beginner like me.
