It's thick so it's good to feeding but it's a bit disappointing that the quantity is small compared to the price.

My cats favorite treat

I’ve been sprinkling human grade Bonita (bonito?) as a topper on my elderly and chronically ill cat’s food for the past few years but the sodium was higher than I thought it should be. I recently found this pet food grade version; and very happy that it has low sodium (none added). His vet told me to keep adding it as my cats life expectancy was supposed to be 3 years and that was 5 years ago — so glad this keeps his hunger levels up. I also buy him no sodium sardines in spring water and the combination is working well.

I’ve been buying these at the store lately and the flakes have been looking different; like crumbly. When I buy them here, the flakes come out more like actual flakes so I’ll continue to buy them here instead of at the store. My boy cat loves these.
