The texture is rather strange, and it is much smaller than standard bread. As a result, the cost would add up more if you were to eat this in place of your more typical larger loaves. I believe that for the quality, it offers good value for money. However, my family personally did not enjoy the taste. It has a peculiar, slightly bitter flavour and is not soft like average flour-based bread. That is fine, but for us personally we would not buy it again. It was nice to try something new, though!
