Can you hang files Straight up in here for papers ?

Mine are 17"x12"x11" boxes. I did try a letter-size hanging file folder and they actually did hang across, but mostly in the middle of the box where there's a little bit of give to the width. You won't be able to insert a letter-size hanging frame, however. Also, it would be best not to try to slide the hanging folders back & forth, and the lid will not fit on top if you use hanging file folders. But, you could use regular letter-size file folders without the hanging folders as long as you had enough to keep them upright. I hope this info helps.

I would say they are probably not washable, but I think they may withstand a damp cloth.

Without knowing what size you were inquiring about, all Med, Lrg, and X-Lrg in Beige are showing in stock for 1, 3, and 5 Pk as of 7/27/23. The Beige is more of a Greige for the Lrg 17" size.

What is the customer service contact information? I have one box that is missing the support piece for the bottom of the box.

I wasn't able to find any contact info on "Graciadeco." If you recently ordered & received a box with no bottom support, I would return the item since there's little chance of just ordering that missing piece. If you're not able to return, I would get creative & cut a piece of heavy-duty cardboard to fit; it wouldn't be as nice as the fabric covered one, but would serve the same purpose - support for the box.
