I like these. My old probiotics weren't cutting it anymore, so I switched it up with these. I take one in the morning when I wake up and go about my day. I could tell when I went a week or two without them because I started to feel bloated. I don't notice anything while taking them, no upset stomach or anything.

This stuff is truly amazing. I was getting yeast infections for months and I really didn't know why. Doctor couldn't really say. I figured it must have something to do with the PH levels. I googled all sorts of things. I found these and they seemed to have mostly positive reviews so I gave it a shot. Haven't had a yeast infection since! Keep in mind that every woman's body is different so nothing is ever guaranteed. My experience has been very positive though. Also not overly expensive. They are easy to swallow as well.
