wow, just buy it
Let me start by saying that I have a hard time finishing books like this. I’m in my early 30s and struggling with my current relationship, I’m in therapy too. After losing my job in tech late last year and starting a new one this year, I found that I had a lot of anxiety and jealousy. I went through a moment in life where I felt I wasn’t good enough and lost the love I had for myself because of my jealous thoughts. I did not want to put it down and read it twice already. It was triggering at times but I still didn’t want to put it down and really had a spiritual awakening, even though it’s not spiritual at all. It spoke to me on so many levels. I can say with certain confidence that this helped cure some of my deepest, darkest thoughts and helped me understand my jealous tendencies. You need to read it! You won’t regret it, I promise.

Pretty good
Offered a pretty good perspective. Definitely a good place to start or to use as a supplementation.

Wow!
I'm not a big fan of self help books but therapy hasn't helped and I've been doing THAT for thirty years. This book has given me so much insight and h helped me so much. It's based on CBT principles and it's very validation and doesn't make me feel like a can of crazy which jealousy often does. I added some page photos so you could see some actual content. This book is a winner. Sitting through all the books on jealousy and choosing which one to buy want easy and I actually purchased two but this is my favorite!

Some Good Ideas
I confess that I actually purchased this kindlebook that is The Jealousy Cure by Robert L Leahy PhD and Paul Gilbert (foreword PhD) on October 5, 2018 via Amazon. I’m fortunate to be married to a sweet and amazing husband who has been there for me through both challenging and good times and who has loved me simply for who I am in the 15 and a half years that we have been married. However, I am happy that I have this kindlebook to refer to at times when I catch myself needing to be more jealousy free in my personal life. I have learned to intuitively see the important lessons my logical and intuitive sides are teaching me when I humbly realize when I need to be more jealousy free. Additionally, I have had unexpected moments of professional andor personal life clarity when experiencing such emotions. Additionally, it is far easier for me to be jealousy free in my professional career life though I keep an open mind to kindlebooks like this to ensure it stays that way. The author helpfully points out healthier andor more realistic ways to look at jealousy to become more jealousy free, why it is important to aim to always be more mature and self confident to avoid judging andor gossiping about anyone who might be getting the attention of your partner to your partner or others regardless if that person is judging you to others in addition to why you also want to avoid putting that person on a pedestal, some reasons why it is important to avoid taking it too personal when your resolve to be more jealousy free is tested, focus on common goals with your partner, and more. The only caveat is that I wish there was more information on taking a look at what being more jealousy free could mean on a personal level. For instance, a woman or man who is sometimes andor occasionally tested in their aims to be more jealousy free could realize that their partner is naturally and understandably at times drawn to pay significant attention to more self confident andor successful people on a career andor money scale. This same person could do some soul searching and ask themselves if there is something they could to improve andor strengthen their own self confidence, career, andor money goals even if the timeframe to achieve successful completion of said goal/goals could take 6 months to 2 years andor more.
