The total weight of the two silicone liners is about 7.4oz, individual weight is about 3.7oz.

Can this be used up to 400° in an air fryer?

Yes. Just be sure: Silicone product/silicone liner can get very hot in air fryer, oven, microwave, etc. So, use some tools to remove from your fryer, or wait for it to cool off. Also, silicone liner itself does not need to be preheated. If you need to preheat the air fryer don't leave the liner in there. The food and liner can go in together.
