We foster kittens - - - most are around 5-12 weeks (1.5-3lbs) and this small kitty tree is perfect for them. It's high enough for kittens to develop and practice jumping and climbing, yet low enough to be safe for them. We keep this positioned about 2ft away from the sides of a 29" high enclosure and we don't have to worry about them being able to jump out ... yet :) At around the 5 week age, the angle of the ramp is still a bit steep for them so I wedge a pillow (or small folded blanket) under the base of the ramp to make the angle less steep. As their legs get stronger and they can handle a steeper angle, I remove the pillow and they use it as intended. At around 8 weeks, they're brave and strong enough and they just jump straight up from the floor into the platform. So far, most of our kittens seem to prefer cardboard scratchers and haven't really taken to using the ramp for scratching. The sisal material on the ramp does do a very good job allowing them to get traction and climb up easily though, so especially for the littlest ones, this is more important. They also haven't taken to playing much with any of the toys either. Occasionally they'll bat at a toy as they walk by, but they seem to prefer loose "mice" that they can bat around, flip in the air and chase. Regardless though, it's nice to have the toys as an option. The toys are well made and this also comes with extra toys to replace as needed. Assembly was a snap. It's 5 pieces (base, top, ramp and 2 posts) with an allen wrench provided to attach the ramp. Because we foster kittens, this is particularly helpful because this means that between fosters, it's easily unassembled, cleaned & sterilized, then just put back in the box it came in for efficient storage too. The platform/bed is covered in a low pile fluffy and soft material (same as the base) and there's a padded bumper/lip around the perimeter that the kittens love snuggling up against. The actual flat platform bed itself is not very padded at all - - just a very thin layer of padding - - but the kittens don't seem to mind. In fact, I also have a soft snuggle bed in their enclosure and the majority of kittens prefer this platform over that softer snuggly bed. There was a bit of lint upon unpacking, but I ran a baby wipe over all the upholstered areas and that easily picked up all the loose fibers and lint. The kittens in the photos are 9-12wks old, ~2.5-3lb and they clearly fit comfortably (both lengthwise and crosswise) with room to spare. I imagine a single 12+/- lb adult cat still being very comfortable in this, though it would be a stretch for 1 adult to share this with another. For kittens or perhaps arthritic seniors that might have trouble getting up in a higher perch, this is sized perfectly.

This is a great little tower for my senior cat. We can't speak to durability yet, but otherwise she loves it. The bolsters are the perfect height and very soft. She settled in and watched the birds for awhile, and the height is perfect for her to get up and down. It was super easy to set up. She also liked the toys. If it holds up, this will be one of the best cat towers for senior cats. She can judge the world from on high... but not too high LOL

This small cat condo is perfect. It didn’t take long for one of my two cats to use it. The cat bed is a very nice size for my 10 pound cat and would easily accommodate a much larger cat. It went together in minutes and my cats loved the little toys that were attached to the bottom shelf.

It’s a nice mini tree with a scratch pad included. My cat was intrigued by the feathers and seemed to like the resting area. With this cactus design, the Pom poms that were advertised in the picture is not how it arrived. It came without any attachment strings/straps so that the pom Pom can hang like in the advertised picture so I improvised and tied it on my own. The extra replacements that screw on kinda makes up for that fault though.

My cats love it. It handles multiple cats at the same time. It's sturdy and was easy to put together.

My 3 month old kitten LOVES IT! It is very sturdy, and well made. Definitely my kittens favorite piece of furniture! She loves to sleep on it, play, and watch tv. lol

Very hard to put together. My neighbor is elderly, and I did my best to help him between the both of us. It was tough to get together even with the directions his cat has not used it yet, but hopefully soon the size is decent. The appearance is decent and the safety is decent.

such a soft cat tree. bought for my 5 month old kitten. It's easy to put together & doesn't wobble when my kitten jumps on it ((which i find a lot of cat trees do)) which is good 🐈‍⬛

She liked it a lot, also its box. The bed is really soft and there are different toy options which my cat really liked, but the scratching part is a bit unstable. I don't think it would create any problems, it's functional
