Bought for my elderly parents to replace their old Doro mobile. The old one worked perfectly and it still working, but had to get them the 4G version. They have only just started using it, so can't comment on battery life but functionality is good, easy to use for them, and importantly it is familiar as it looks almost identical to the old one. I really like the SOS button on the back that they could use in an emergency. I have set it to call me, but it also sends a text message to up to two contacts as well. Very good.

Great simple flip phone. Price increase 11% in 6 months and this one did not include the charger, just aswell the recipient has the original from the previous phone.

Brought this for my auntie in July this year now it's not holding charge hence the 1 star

Its a very easy to set up and use Phone screen and button size are good charging is simple , sound is very clear and loud very good value quality good

this is the 3rd doro we have purchased and still pleased with this new model, find its so easy to use and only needed for texts and calls very clear volume and excellent display which lights up to see keys easy, on the hole a good product only thing that differs from our old one is flashing white light to show calls if on silent as this one is a rather dim green light and not seen easily

Just what I was looking for. Much better than a smartphone for me. I only upgraded from my Samsung e120 because they are switching off 2g and 3g soon. I love the big buttons. And the user interface is intuitive, which I hardly ever come across.

Es ist wunderbar! Das Handy ist leicht bedienbar, kann T9, sieht gut aus, hat viel Speicherplatz für Kontakte, hat auch den Vibrationsmodus und ist stabil. Mal schauen, wie es mit der Akkulaufzeit ist, das kann ich noch nicht sagen.

-))) Lo compre para mi abuela (90 años) porque disponía de lista blanca. Genial porque permite que solamente entren las llamadas de los números que están en la agenda, evitando la entrada de llamadas de compañías carr***as que la tenían acobardada. :-) Se descuelga con abrir la tapa. Fácil ponerlo a carga en la base. :-| Echo en falta poderlo configurar remotamente o la subida de llamada de tono ante una segunda llamada.

Compré este teléfono para mi madre que es muy mayor y no se aclara bien en julio de este año. Nunca ha durado mucho la batería, pero tras 4 meses la batería no le dura cargada mas de 4 - 5 horas. Tiene que estar siempre en la base y mi madre está muy despistada por lo que cada 2x3 se le queda sin batería y no podemos localizarla. La suerte es que está normalmente acompañada, pero NO recomiendo la compra del teléfono por falta de autonomía. No puedo devolverlo por el tiempo que tiene, pero si puedo escribir esta reseña para ayudar a quien corresponda.

Mein Mann ist zufrieden. Findet es gut nur muss er es öfter Aufladen als sein altes Doro (hatte 15 Jahre perfekt funktioniert). Die Einstellung des Handys ist ok, langsam wenn man ein Smartphone gewöhnt ist, manchmal auch etwas umständlich aber alles funktioniert. Nach einigen Wochen fiel immer wieder der eingegebene tägliche Erinnerungs - Alarm aus. Sind täglich 2 feste Erinnerungen. Ich weiß nicht an was es liegt aber wenn ich bei den Erinnerungen "täglich" erneut mit sichern bestätige funktioniert es wieder. Vlt nur bei unserem Gerät so. Was ich super finde ist die schnelle Ausschaltung des Tones über die Raute # Taste. Die Kamera macht tolle Bilder und Bluetooth funktioniert bestens. Das Doro 2820 ist ein einfaches, gutes, solides und preiswertes Handy wenn man zufrieden mit Notruf, Tel. SMS, Kamera und Erinnerungs - Alarm ist. Die Klingeltöne sind allerdings gewöhnungsbedürftig :) Das Klapphandy noch mehr Funktionen wie Radio und Weckfunktion aber die brauchen wir nie deshalb kann ich dazu nichts sagen.

Super einfaches Handy,gefällt mir gut und ist wirklich leicht zu bedienen und einzurichten!!
