where can i buy a spare gasket for this when it fails in about 2-3 years? can't find it anywhere on amazon

Yes, they do come with a spare gasket. My guess is that is already known. It would still be nice to be able to buy an extra couple because that will of course extend the life of the product. So, can anyone answer the original question, please? Where can we buy additional gaskets specifically for this Amazon-branded pressure cooker?

My handles get very hot and steam am comes out of them am inot using it correctly

You may not have the lid secure handle should be hot but there should not be steam coming out. Of handles. Check the seal. May need a new one inside the lid.

Is the interior stainless steel?

It is advertised as stainless steel which we have to accept.From results since purchase of mine the inside is stain free indicative of stainless steel

Once stream comes out of the value, do i turn the heat off and let it cook?

No. Keep high heat until steam comes out of valve, this means pressure cooker is up to pressure, then reduce heat and set timer for however long required to cook food. Once food is cooked turn off heat, safest way is to let cooker depressurise itself, little red indicator will drop, it is then safe to remove lid.
