Impressive Laptop, Large good for business, excellent battery life. Good value for money. Large keyboard area, large screen, fast operations. And good functionality. Not good if you prefer a small laptop, but this one is excellent if you are looking for a large screen. I am not a techspert but this is awesome.

I would recommend this to anyone that's interested in a business laptop. 👍

My laptop become completely unusable very shortly after it was bought. Either black screen when logging in, or black taskbar or no taskbar and windows key doesn't work. More recently just endless spinner when trying to log in. And I can't start in safe mode either, it just switches off.Lenovo support (I have 24x7x376 premier client support) told me to update bios, chipset driver, graphics and power management, sending me some .exe files to do that. What am I supposed to to with those if I can't log in?I asked them this question on Wednesday, and they still haven't replied now (it's Sunday). How is that 24x7x365, or "premier"?
