It has just enough caffeine to keep u going no jitters love it when I need a little push it is a little pricey but no more then a cup of coffee

I do not consume caffeine until I need it. As a result, this gum was almost overkill.

I love this gum, the taste is great, I am a runner and have been using this for several years, I also have dry mouth, this really helps, and it Doesn't have a lot of sugar.

Not very cinnamon tasting

We literally live on this gum, can’t live without the extra caffeine boost. 100 mg ea piece.

I have been using this product for over two years now. I think it is okay, and I plan to continue buying it, although not as often as I initially thought. But people should probably be aware of one concerning issue I found since the early days: after chowing 2-4 pieces per day over 2-3 days in a row, my tongue becomes full of painful little white bumps. If I don't stop right then, the problem worsens. It gets increasingly painful if I don't take a break until it goes away, usually after 3-5 days. I contacted the manufacturer two years ago, asking about the problem. I wanted to know if they were aware of it or similar complaints by other people. I asked them if they had performed studies showing it's not harmful (I did not ask them to show proof that the product is healthy or even effective, just NOT unhealthy; according to FDA regulations, over-the-counter products may not be effective, but there is nothing they can do about it because there is just no regulation regarding the effectiveness of supplements and vitamins; however, the FDA will remove the product from the shelves if there is proof of adverse side effects on human health). Unfortunately, I never got feedback from the company, despite an initial email they sent me saying they would get back to me ASAP. After realizing they would not contact me, I told them I would contact the FDA to put a little pressure on them, but I am still waiting. I have not yet reached the FDA because I am lazy and don't have much time, and I will give the company one more chance to answer my concerns before I get serious about this issue. I think it's important to put my complaint on the record. At this point, I do not know the long-term consequences of this thrush-like reaction on my tongue. I asked my dentist, and he had no idea either; I went to my doctor thinking it may be fungus-related, and he told me he had never seen anything like it, but it was not fungus or thrush of any kind. I have, of course, done many experiments with myself over these last couple of years and demonstrated unequivocally that the problem is indeed related to the use of this product. I hope it will not impact my tongue's health in the long term. Foolish of me not to stop, but we all have our little vices. I decided to write this review so other users are aware of my experience. (by the way, I noticed many users complaining about the taste of the gum. Well, unless you are a female or a very sensitive male not yet exposed to the harsh realities of life, I cannot see how this can be a complaint at all. The idea is to use it to stay alert. The taste is neither good nor bad, and who cares anyway?)

Love this stuff, makes me go when my brain doesn't want me to

The new package designs appears to me to have more changes than just the package. There is to me a new undesirable first taste of cinnamon even though it is artic flavor. Also found that the gum loses its flavor in this new package much much quickly than the previous package. Finally, it appears to dissolve much more quickly. As a customer for over ten years, i am deeply disappointed in the change.
