The camera is in a space where, there is extra light on, so the colour picture quality is good with the extra lighting.The wireless set up was not too bad, I downloaded the Imou App, and barcode App (never done that before, so I took my time, but got there in the end, luckily I did not have to make a support contact.)I used the sticky patch instead of screws, I prefer the patch much easier (only thing make sure you get it in the right place). Where can I buy some more sticky patch, if I want to move the camera to somewhere else please?Easy to keep track on camera battery using the App, so I know when to charge up battery (same method as charging a mobile phone).Having the Imou security camera is good during this society changes to helping personal safety. I think I chose the right Imou product for my current security needs.Thank you.

solid well built small easy to install and connect to wifi camera. Very reliable and battery last long time, can attach a solar panel if you need , picture quality is only 2k its good, has ability to record in time lapse mode min setting is 10 seconds. I wish they make a 4k version of this soon, as I would be very keen to see that quality.

I set my camera up three days ago and it was incredibly easy compared to cameras I've had before - very impressed with that and with the image quality. My only slight gripe at this point is that it uses over 10% of its charge per day, so it'll run through a 7-day holiday if fully charged before we go, but would run out of power if we were away longer. However definitely worth the money in other ways.

I have purchased 2 other different IMOU products and they paired without issue and are currently working well at this moment in time. This one however just absolutely refused to pair with the app or my Router. I really cannot be bothered to spend hours trying to get it paired and why should I as it should work straight out of the box. I have to say I do not think much of their QA, and I also could not get hold of anyone to discuss. I shall be looking at another Company for any further Security cameras, which is damn inconvenient as I would rather like to control all my Cameras from the one app.

I waa going ro return this because the app wouldnt open after i installed it, but i tried on a different device and it now wirks perfectly, excellent quality, you can record video and take photos from your mobile or tablet. It also has 2 way mic so u can hear and speak through ig. Def worth money.

The CCTV itself is great. Good quality and the night mode is great. Easy to place on windows or drill into a wall. However, the major failure here is the product itself. If you change your broadband, you may as well throw out the CCTV. We’ve changed our broadband and the CCTV will not allow any new broadband. I’ve spoken to the company & to say that they’re unhelpful is an understatement. They have fobbed us off and gone around the houses. I’ve asked simple questions and it is clear that the CCTV will only have 1 broadband. No hard factory reset or anything. It’s a shame as the price is decent and quality is good. But customer services is crap and it is of no use if you can never change your broadband if you want to keep using the CCTV.
