It’s fun and easy to use. I happen to know how to hula hoop already so there was no learning curve for me. It works well and I'm working up to using it for longer and longer. It hurts your knees mostly and lower back as you need to keep your body fairly tight to keep it spinning and the motion isn't like a true hula hoop, it’s more of a waddle back and forth on each leg which ends up hurting the knees. In normal hula hooping you rotate your hips in a circle and the pressure is more on the hips than the knees. Because this device uses a weight, it ends up a slightly different rhythm but it absolutely does count as cardio. Give it a shot, I'm enjoying it so far

So after watching many videos, I bought this. I got it yesterday and today being June 1st I started my 30 day challenge. I found it very easy to put together, the ball is already weighted, the cord is adjustable and I did not think it was too loud at all. The most continuous rotations I got was 31 but you keep moving during the 30 minutes. I did find my shirt would ride up but tomorrow I will tuck it in. My heart rate was up the entire 30 minutes and I am dripping.

Had it for a while and wanted to see how durable the plastic is. Its strong and managed to survive my daughter. I haven't sticked it much but it does give a work out.

This item came and I put it away til I finally dragged it out. Used it 30 minutes watching tv and my exercise ring closed 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 Legs feel like they’ve been working out due to the swaying using this. It fits great! It’s comfortable and so easy to put on and off. The motion was great. I’d use it going one way and then go backwards. Look like it will hold up. Check back In for weight loss update!

Love it for weight loss use it outside while kids play get in a good work out no issues with product. Durable has lasted me for several months.minimum assembly. I wear XL pants waist probably more a large had enough links anything more then an XL may have to buy more links

Ready to use and is easy to reconnect when needed. Have been using in the garage in our gym area. Fits comfortably and is a nice option for core control. Doesn't take up much space.
