They’re about 3 inches long and maybe a cm diameter

you can put a needle on but it is at risk of falling off. the luer lock your is really ideal for needles. the part where the needle would attach to the syringe is standard; the needle size refers to the other part of the needle (the "business" end if you will)

I don’t think there is a measurement. The opening is pretty small but large enough to suck up liquids and dispense them without an issue.

The marking are not heat etched but decaled on. they can wipe off with pressure
