You need to try!
I got this in the mail the other day and I’m super excited to see how this continues to go! It’s 2 pills and thankfully, they are not giant & easy to swallow! Personally, I don’t really mind the taste. Since the pill is in a clear capsule, it is very transparent and no rough texture. I’m most excited to see how this helps with my bloating.. It’s only been a day, but I’ve noticed a little difference. Can’t wait to continue taking!

Great for detox but also kidney health
Overall a great detox supplement. I really like that it is a minimal ingredient list. I like to use charcoal for detox but it’s also good for kidney function as an added bonus!

GAS
I like the amount of oxygen I get to my cells from this product. I actually feel like more oxygen is getting to my lungs when I workout. However, the amount of gas that it fills me with is a tad overwhelming in the form of burps and farts. Now, it could be just MY sensitivity to all things gut-related. It takes me 2-3 days to clear up. I tried cutting the dose in half. That kind of worked, except I poorly measured the second time so I ended up with a little more than half. First time was awesome. I guess 1/3 of a pill is the dose for me at 5 feet, 115lbs. It’s a great product once you find what works. Directions say to take 2 pills. I did not take 2 pills. When I say 1/3, I mean one third of one pill. That’s the dose for me. charcoal to ozone ratio that results from taking a capsule apart is unknown. I just know that is what I can tolerate and benefit from.
