Great Product – Beware of Buying It Here
My two working breed dogs love these charcoal bones and this 10kg box lasts them six to seven weeks. They’re good quality and value. The dogs have them as ‘pudding’ and they enjoy the size of them as they seem more of a substantial treat. However, I buy them direct from the manufacturer because every time I get them from Amazon at least half of them are broken and towards the end there’s a big pile of crumbs. I don’t blame the delivery drivers – who would with the conditions imposed on them? There’s only a tiny proportion of broken ones when they come from the manufacturer. I only buy them from Amazon when I’ve forgotten and am ordering on my phone when I’m away from home. The amount of broken ones this time was the last straw.

Superb Value
Buying in bulk form like this keeps the cost down to a sensible level. My dogs love them and the size is perfect. I break them up for giving whilst training, but give them whole as casual rewards. The ONLY negative is they come in an UNLINED cardboard box, so you have to be careful where you store them. I bought a large plastic "Under The Bed" type storage box to keep the moisture out. I will definitely buy these again once I have ran out.

Great value
Dogs absolutely love these. Local stores only sell a few at a time so this big box was great. Get bags with it which means can split them to keep them fresh. Great value box and good for dogs tummy's too

OH SO MANY!
Did not realise that they were NOT individual sealed packets. The 10kg box is in fact a box of loose treats in a basic box sealed with just sellotape. You are provided with some plastic bags with the Pointer logo on them to put the bones into; you will have to do this as soon as you get them (or put them in some other container) because as I said the box is not air sealed in any way. This is really a trade box and not a convenient bulk buy for the ordinary consumer. I have put them in various containers including the bags. 10kg is far too much when loose, this may sound daft but 10kg of factory sealed packets would last a long time, but as it is the BB date is one year, so that would be about right for unsealed goods. I was going to store them in the box they came in under the stairs, but insects like beetles and things do get into my house so I had to find plastic boxes etc to store them in now as the provided plastic bags are not able to be sealed properly. I will buy a pet food container to store them in, but I wasn't anticipating having to do this. The treats themselves seem okay, they are small bones for any size of dog, and the dog really likes them.

Great brilliant excellent
Cubert & Couer Clumber says these are mega yummy 💕 I am also delighted... excellent value for money ...I filled their 'alternative maker' treat tin which holds two boxes of 'alternative biscuits' and still have 37 equivalent bags at the weight those boxes left. Great that the box comes with fillable bags ...I guess for retail outlets. Can never find charcoal bone shaped in boxes and have always done the drive to pet supermarket to buy the loose but thanks to covid (got to thank it for something ! ' never again 🙂 as I hate the places ...hate to see all the rubbish people are conned into buying 😡 No biscuits were broken, was well boxed by Amazon ..... Careful when picking the box up ...it heavier than it looks !

Great for elderly dog who has digestive problems
I bought these for my elderly dog who has digestive problems and who is on a strict vets diet. We have tried many treats for sensitive tummies but all have caused problems. These are just right for him. They have the added advantage that they help to reduce the amount of wind my dog passes and firm up his stool. Buying in such a large quantity is very cost effective. The biscuits are boxed loose, but they do come with a pack of bags to divided them up for easy storage. I bagged them up when they arrived into bags of 30 and it's easy to see how many bags are left and when I'll need to reorder. I will definitely get more of these when I run low.
