LITKO Terrain Door Markers | Compatible with Dungeons & Dragons & Pathfinder | DND | 5E | TTRPG | (Secret Door)

I really like the LITKO large double doors for what they do. They are a sketched-in shape that can be interpreted to be any sort of double door. They can be standing open or slammed shut by a player. The door position can be used to determine cover during battle.However, they do need to be glued, and it is a pain in the neck to do it. You need a thick glue, like Slo Zap or this company's Craftics #33. Turn the door upside-down, place the base on the two little footpegs and drop the glue through the two square holes in the base. Then place the door on its edge to cure. Anything else gets your door glued to the table, you and everything else within reach.

I got the product quickly but the cost for these using a 3d printer should be cheaper. Its a 4 star because if you can purchase a 3d printer these aren't very impressive.

Doors are nice to look at and will work for my purposes. However, they could have been improved by having the door form a right angle with the base instead of being set into the middle of the base, as the having the door perpendicularly bisect the base half fills two adjacent squares if the door is set on a grid line.It also would have been nice if they had a tighter fit with the base to make them disasssembleable.

First off, these must be assembled. Rather than buying an acrylic glue for one product, I used Superglue GEL. It work like a charm. I did have to steady the doors for drying. Now on to the Door Markers: I needed them for my Pathfinder & Starfinder games. I use dry erase grid maps for my games and my players lose track of which door is open, which is closed. This is really bad with double doors. When we come to a set of doors I place the markers. When A door is open I remove that marker. No more issue. Thanks LITKO, problem solved.

Not sure why it's so hard to find little board game pieces like this on the internet for a reasonable price. These work great for my DnD campaigns. Yes, you need glue, but seriously it's not that bad. People are getting their underwear in a bunch because of the glue requirement.

The doors kind of rest into their base and could pretty easily be knocked over. However, if you REALLY see this as an issue, you could always apply some glue.

As the title states, I was only sent one set while ordering two. As it seems, I cannot find any way to contact amazon via the order page or the seller like I am usually able to do so. I can hope that amazon and/or Litco sees the review and rectifies the situation otherwise it seems i will be stuck with half my order.With that being said, I have been DMing for a while now and these doors are exactly what I am looking for. They are not works of art but they make up what they lack in style in smart design. The clear, stable bases make these particularly well designed for a "snapped to a grid" look with the squares looking nice on a grid but not obscuring what's underneath. I plan to order more of these and the larger size despite the shipping error. The brown of the door is a solid color and not translucent, however if you are using 3-D dungeon tiles it looks better due to not being bale to see through the door itself.If it was a proper order would have given 5 of 5.

So good news, solid price for a quick little door icon on your playmatPRO: glossy and durable finish, this plastic seems like it can take a few punchesCONS:-ASSEMBLY REQUIRED, From the picture and the reviews I was thinking that maybe some of the doors required glue but most of them would work fine without it-Doors don't swing, seems like a few small modifications these could be made to swing open and closed but because of the design choices they can'tDecided to pull the trigger on these after my group spent 20mins because they didn't realize oh wait there's another door here, it'll get the job done but f you want them not to knock over with the lightest of breezes then glue them together

L idée est vraiment bonne mais les trous sont trop larges pour faire tenir correctement la porte.Je vais être obligé de les coller, ce qui reprendra plus de place dans ma boite de jeu que séparé.Sinon la qualité du plastique est au rendez-vous. Ne vous attendez pas à avoir des reliefs dans le plastique pour un effet porte. Ceci étant la taille est bonne pour mes jeux de plateau D&D (parker).

Sind kaputt angekommen. Stecken nicht ineinander und mussten geklebt werden. Leider nur enttäuscht.
