I don’t normally write reviews unless I think it might benefit somebody, especially in health. I didn’t realize it, but every time I took my shot glass of the 2 teaspoons of Zena every morning for the last two weeks., (also berry tastes very good) I’ve been in a much better mood. I was very pleasantly surprised and at first I didn’t realize the correlation. . I must’ve been lacking in biotin because when I researched biotin, allegedly it can enhance mood and energy. Guess I shoulda researched it before I bought it! Alternatively, I did notice a lack thereof on the days that I did not take it. I’ve noticed a change also in the speed of my fingernail growth but can’t quite tell with hair yet. I bought two more jars just for the happy energy. Update on hair later. ✌🏽

I was a skeptic however, after only 1 weeks using, I’ve already noticed my skin elasticity rejuvenated! Not only in my face (eyes especially), but my elbows and hands especially. THIS IS A MUST BUY!

I’ve been taking consistently in the morning, I have not noticed much difference in my hair yet, but my fingernails are much stronger and I have not had a break in a couple of weeks.I found the taste to be kind of bad. I’m not gonna lie…It’s a lil yucky with that mediciney/Vitaminy taste, but I put 2 tablespoons in a shot glass and just down it then chase with orange juice and it’s bearable.It has lasted me about a month; it’s almost out. I want to see if there’s a different flavor. If not, I’ll stick with the mixed icky berry. I want to see how my natural, thin hair does after three months or so.

so far I can only speak on the taste. I think it’s tastes really nice but I haven’t been taking a long enough time to see if it’s actually working but I’m gonna keep with it. I’ve taken every day for about two weeks now.

I loooove this collagen. I can’t drink powder collagen but this one is tastes like a juice. Soooo goooood, trust me

I’ve almost finished the bottle and have taken as directed. I haven’t noticed any difference in hair or nail growth or skin. When I’ve taken other powdered collagen brands I did notice a difference in nail growth, but this one didn’t have that effect. I don’t think I’ll purchase again. Tastes great, though!

I like the taste, it tastes like a berry flavor. I just started taking it. It dissolves easily, has value for money, and so far, so good!

Good taste and no chalkiness but, I'm not sold it worked as it was supposed to. While my nails and hair do feel stronger, I've also stopped getting my nails done, changed my diet and shampoo as well.
