I'm a senior citizen and have tried different brands of protein bars. This is one is my favorite. It's easy to digest. It's not too sweet and it boosts my energy level.

I have been eating this Chunky PB bars almost every day for over 10+ years. I get cases sent to our house on a schedule and my son also gets cases sent to him in college. I like the 20g of protein and no sugar. I have tried all of their other flavors and styles over the years, but have stuck with these because I never get tired of them and there is no funky after taste like some of their primary chocolate flavored products. I basically eat one for lunch when I am working in the field or on the road so I don't get tempted to grab fast food. These used to taste great with a nice peanut butter flavor. It now tastes like they recently changed the formula or ingredients. They no longer taste like peanut butter AT ALL. The last few months I noticed they now just taste like bland soy protein powder covered in light chocolate and smell like alfalfa or some kind of plant. Very disappointed in this company. For the price of these bars I feel like they are doing cost cutting with the ingredients and still charging $$$$. I am now on the look out for a new bar with similar macros but better taste. Going to their website, I notice other people are also complaining!!! WOW!

While these are still within the date, they just don't seem that fresh. Trust me, i live on these things, one per day so i feel like i know when they're a little off. So, here i am eating them and not getting sick or anything. The price is definitely right!

I was hopeful to find a replacement for Zone bars, this brand is not it. Typical of so many protein bars, the "Chunky" Chocolate Peanut Butter is a flavorless, chalky mass. Leaves your tongue feeling like you licked dirt. The advertised image shows chunks of peanuts, yeah, no... Just a grainy mass covered in unsweetened chocolate. Good price for these doggy biscuits...

I love this product. It’s a taste that some have to get used to but otherwise I use it on the go and for days I know I’ll be working out a lot. My only issue is that they shipped it in boxes of five which I thought was a little annoying and kind of a waste
