for time being, a functional alternative to weight training
i use as a substitute for weight-pulley training. Right now, it's about the only cost-effective alternate. Weight equipment is either unavailable, or over-priced. These are available in variety of resistance levels. As you progress in your training, you'll need to move up.

I like the handles for my bands, so these fit just right. I felt they were a more expensive than the set I purchased.

Hose is shorter than my old ones.
I guess I have waited too long to return it, but if you look at the hose in the middle--it is a new 30 lb. hose. the one on the left is my old one and the one on the right is a new 40 lb. hose. The old 30 and the new 40 are the same length, but the new 30 is about 6 or 8 inches shorter? So, who knows. I wasted my money because now I have to buy another one.

I purchased mine directly from Lifeline USA, and I LOVE IT! I've had my green 80 lb resistance cable for 3 years and it's never broken. I don't know what the other guy who wrote a review got, but it must have been defective, because I've stretched and stretched mine for months on end without any rotting, cracking, or breaking. These are the most awesome, premium bands you can buy on the market today. Don't be fooled by cheap imitations. Get yours from Lifeline, and you won't be sorry!!!
