Really good quality
I needed them for a pr of shoes for a wedding. The back of the heel was too large. They slid up and down as I walked. This completely fixed the problem. Love the quality of the brand. Will buy again and suggest to others.

Foot Petals Women's Rounded Back Cushion Insert Protectors for comfortable heel grips have been taking care of my heels since I was in high school! At 68 years old that says something about a quality product! If you have a narrow heel compared to the rest of your foot you can count on Foot Petals to fill in that "flapping gap"!

Very adhesive but comfortable
I added these two pair of shoes for my daughter to wear it close the gap of a half size shoe difference. The adhesion is super sticky so don’t expect to be able to peel it off without ruining the back of your shoe live and learn. It is comfortable and does work well.

Contrary Effect Acheived
I purchased these to make the heels of a pair of flats be a little sturdier and fit a little snugger. Somehow they made the shoes much looser. Between that and the pads not sticking very well it was a waste of some time and a few bucks.

work as planned
I haven't found a problem with them. I aligned one a bit to far to the side but its still in the place it needs to be. It definitely has helped with it not rubbing on the back of my heel so I don't have a sore. I find the adhesive to be just fine, I didn't plan on removing them just place them in and leave them; which I would think would be the problem if you kept taking them off and putting back on.

Good luck to those who do decide to purchase this product...
So I bought this product for my low top converse which slip a little causing blisters. It was very clear immediately when applying them that they would not fit the purpose I had intended on using them for. Simply put, the product did not have a strong enough stick to even barely hold on to the fabric inside my converse shoes. I never read anywhere about this product that they wouldn’t work for sneakers or athletic shoes, so beware there is a good chance this product will not work on your sneaker or athletic shoe. That being said, though I did not attempt applying them to shoes with a smooth non-fabric surface, I believe that’s really what this product was intended for. Though the stick may have been sufficient enough for the inside of shoes on a non-fabric surface, they still wouldn’t be of the greatest quality. Needless to say, I wouldn’t risk buying this product especially if they are meant for sneakers or athletic shoes. Though they certainly are not expensive, you are really just better off spending the extra few bucks on a higher quality product in the first place because you are going to have to do just that once you realize the lack of effectiveness of this product, not to mention it’s not worth the waste of time, disappointment, and frustration. Good luck to those who do decide to purchase this product regardless of my review.

I have a pair of shoes that are so pretty but will hurt my feet so I got these and glad I did.They seem to stay in place. Pleased with the purchase.

works well
I bought these because one of my sketchers runners with the knit type inside had a hole in it after only a dozen wearings. The covered the hole and solved the problem. I have used these before on shoes that gave me blisters and they work well.
