Ive owned a few back support belts, this is easily one of the best ive found which are made in India.The velcro is strong and holds well, the plate at the back is contoured perfectly, and the supporting straps give it that perfect snug grip if you wish, and the elasticity is just the right amount of firmness.Keep in mind, that depending on your body shape, each one of these might fit you differently, so I encourage you to try out a few before you settle for one.
