Another wonderful Stanley product. It keeps my coffee piping hot for 6-8 hours, and drinkably hot for several hours after that. (The longer the bottle is left completely full, the longer it stays really hot.) This Flip Top is very light to handle and fits in my F-150's cup holder no problem. And it is definitely leak proof and easy to clean. I have only two complaints: First the lip on the flip lid should have been made just a tad bit larger. Just 1/8" more would do. As is the lip is so small that is difficult to get enough purchase on it to easily snap the lid open. Secondly, I wish Stanley would offer what I call Stanley green (dried pine?) as a color choice for all its products. It was not available among the 24 oz. Flip Tops I wanted, so I had to settle for ash. Ash works just as well, but it doesn't look like a Stanley.

Purchased a few months ago as a treat to myself for starting a new (in office) job. I’ve taken it to work nearly every day with no leaks or issues. It keeps my coffee warm all morning. I love how lightweight and slim it is. Fits perfectly in my bags and in the cup holders in my car. I was pleasantly surprised by the little rubber gasket on the bottom that stops it from clanging when you set it down. A little luxury I didn’t know I needed. My only frustration was not being able to take the gasket near the mouthpiece off to clean. After some googling I figured out that was user error and it’s actually very easy to take off (once you know how). Great mug. Would buy again!

loved this product, because it is clearly supported by the quality and guarantee offered by the Stanley company and it also looks elegant, it is easy to transport, it is easy to take in your hand to drink its contents. So far I have tested it with a hot drink and it has kept my coffee at a good temperature while I consumed it from start to finish, which I did in a period of 6 hours, did I say that it was very beautiful? 🤓I loved it

I have bought pretty much every tumbler there is and this one is the best I’ve found for my needs. To be honest I have never put a hot drink in it so I can’t speak to that. I put my Mtn Ops in this and it works great cold. I have found it keeps ice all day but I’ve never tested ice retention longer than 12 hours. The lid is easy to use and never leaks and the tumbler fits perfectly in my car cup holder. It feels more solid than the aerolight tumbler which is a plus. I liked it so much I bought a second in another color.

I have the slightly larger yeti but I like this much better—seems to be better insulated, narrower (better fit in car cupholder), and easy to use flip cap. The flip cap is not overly complicated so I feel I can keep it clean compared to the over-complicated straw systems yeti and other companies use. The quality is good—not quite the tank armor of yeti, but also lighter and easier to carry. The paint/ enamel is very well done, should last my lifetime.

Stanley transit flip top mug previous reviews stated that their nose was pushed in by the flip top. I found that it lays flat with the top when it is open all the way. It clicks when it snaps in place so you k ow it is opened all the way. It held the perfect amount of coffee and did not leak Please lengthen this and make it expressive I had seen a few reviews mentioning that the flip top could press into your nose while drinking, so I was a little hesitant at first. But after actually using it, I realized that’s not an issue at all if you open it fully. When the lid is pushed all the way back, it lays completely flat and out of the way. There’s even a satisfying little click when it snaps into place, which makes it really clear that it’s fully open and secure. Once I figured that out, using the mug felt very natural and comfortable. The size is just right, it holds the perfect amount of coffee without feeling bulky or oversized, which I really appreciate for everyday use. I’ve also been impressed with how well it seals. I’ve tossed it in my bag and carried it around without worrying about spills or leaks, and it’s held up perfectly every time. Overall, it feels thoughtfully designed, easy to use, and reliable. Definitely a solid choice if you want something convenient that doesn’t sacrifice comfort or functionality.

The form factor on this mug is fantastic; it fits right in the side pocket of my backpack, doesn't leak, and it looks good. So why don't I give it five stars? It simply doesn't have good thermal properties; cold things do not stay cold, and hot things do not stay hot. I am not talking over the course of the day, just over a couple of hours: I can put ice and water in it, and the ice is gone in less than two hours (sitting inside in a cool office). I can put hot coffee in it, and it is lukewarm by the time I finish the one-hour commute into the office on the metro. There is a chance that somehow I got a defective/improperly-sealed mug, but in my opinion, this might as well be a simple, plastic sports bottle with better looks and healthier construction.

I absolutely love this cup! It keeps my coffee warm for hours, which is perfect for me because I work 12-hour shifts and sometimes get so busy that I can’t finish my coffee in the morning. I can take my time and sip on it throughout the day, and it’s still warm when I’m ready for another drink. It’s become my go-to cup for work, and I’m really happy with how well it keeps my coffee hot!

I love this thermos because it keeps my coffee hot all through my shift at work and I can just throw it on the seat of my Boxster that has no cup holder and never worry about it spilling. It’s the perfect size as well.
