Good thickness and comfortable

It has been more than the 78 recommended hours to wait to full expand. It did not expand fully, and is lumpy and ...dented? Idk how else to explain it. Didn't reach 4.5 inches either. Spots are 2 inches, others are 3. Waste of time and money.

Very comfortable

The mattress is fine, but my daughter who is staying here says the gel holds her basically in the position she chooses, but she isn’t able to move out of that position very easily. I would have preferred memory foam. You service was amazing though!
