At the base they measure almost 18 3/4" in length and about 13" wide and at the very top approx. 20 1/2 length and about 13 3/4" the height of unit (with lid) is approx. 13 3/4 and inside (without) 12" to 12 1/2" , allowing for depression in lid and what is reasonably expected to fit. I'm approximating, since I'm using a metal measuring tape... A bit tough. By the measurements you've given, I doubt they would work, due to the slight tapering nature of bin.
