It is very much none stick, just a wipe with a cloth and it's clean and whilst it states warp resistant, it's not warp proof! Mine warped when used!

These baking sheets are everything you could ask for--sturdy, easy to clean and good value. They will last for many years. They have a natural finish which makes them non-stick. I love using them and you will too!!

Very happy with this cookie sheet! In fact I am going to order a 2nd one. It feels high quality, nice and heavy and substantial. I haven't used it to bake cookies, the 10x14 is too small for that so can't attest to that. I have used it to heat french fries, leftovers, etc. The cleanup is easy. I was concerned after reading about it staining from cooked on oil, but so far no problem at all. Saw the same cookie sheets at Sur la Table (under their label) for waaay more$.

Too expensive yet there’s little scratch here and there when I first opens the package

I moved to a new apartment with a smaller oven and needed new cookie sheets. My first two attempts yeilded pans that had the cookies flattening out and sticking like crazy. These pans however work perfectly. The cookies come right off with a nylon spatula, no sticking at all! They are also extremely sturdy and seem to have perfectly even heat distribution with no warping. Because there is no sticking cleanup is a breeze. They also fit perfectly in an apartment size oven. We'll worth the price!

Would give 6 stars if possible. Bought this second set after the wife raved about how well they baked and how well they released her cookies. First set purchased in 2019 and the second in early 2020 after her "holiday bakes". She bakes hundreds of dozens of cookies during the holiday season (yep, hundreds of dozens!) and she's had to "tap a cookie on the side a little" a few times to get one or two to release and even that's a rare occasion. She bakes another couple of hundred dozen throughout the year, so literally thousands and thousands of cookies have already passed over these pans and they're still nearly like new except for some discoloration that hasn't had any affect on how well they work. Roasted vegis on these slide right off (even sticky stuff like yams) and clean-up is as simple as a wipe down with a soapy dishcloth. Absolutely amazing! Just don't use a scrubbie sponge on them like I did on one or you'll be facing someone's wrath, if you know what I mean.
