I know that my banana bread is better with this flour! Great quality and a really good value. With other flours, my breads leave my gut feeling "heavy." This one has a nice smooth texture and makes me feel good about baking quality goods for my family.

Great for pizza
It's a good flour for pizza and such , but don't use it for bread you'll be disappointed

If you can eat wheat in Italy but not in the U.S. - then this is for you! :)
I have wheat sensitivity that triggers allergies. I can eat the bread and pasta in Italy but not here in the U.S. This is 100% ITALIAN grain- It makes a huge difference. I can eat this without the digestive issues and migraines - though I still have to use it sparingly to not trigger my allergies. But being able to occasionally make the recipes that are lacking in gluten free styles (which I mostly eat) is a real treat! Pizza, dumplings, FLAKY crusts and biscuits… Yay! But a warning- this is SOFT wheat, so lower gluten. Breads will not have the same rise/texture as bread flour. But close enough for me!
