I ordered this item (Trailer Valet Pro kit) based on claims made and the video (which had a young lady easily moving a trailer with this item.) When I got it, I tried it and did not have the strength to use it. After asking 3 men with some experience with such items , we agreed that it should be returned. It cost me $237.+ to ship it back. I used it 3 times to see if it would work for me, so the company-Tool Deals-charged me a $400. restocking fee. Needless to say I highly recommend not buying from this Co. I am still hoping forsome compromise! This is a $1600. item which is not worth it. ### ⭐ Not Compatible with all trailer couplers *by A***R on September 24, 2018* So pretty annoyed.. Ordered this trailer valet xl pro to move my 16 foot trailer easily in and out of our shop. Until is well built, but it would be nice if they told you that this unit does not work with a bull-dog style coupler on your trailer. If you attempt to use it with one it is very unstable and unsafe. Seems as though they should tell you this. Could lead to disaster or even worse. I am returning this until today.
