These pills were recommended by my gastroenterologist so I tried them and 2'weeks later I have seen a difference. My doctor diagnosed me with IBS D a few years ago and advised me to try the FODMAP diet. I had never heard of it but I googled it and felt better following it. So when he advised me to take these probiotics I bought them. They are great. A little pricey but worth it
