I don't smoke so I never have a lighter but often need one for various tasks, like lighting my gas heater pilot light. These are really nice & attractive torches. They don't require charging that I know about. I just add high quality butane. They're very easy to fill & have a clear gauge that allows you to see when the butane is getting low & so that you don't over fill. It only takes a small amount & last a really long time. I've had them for several months & only filled them each twice, once being the first fill. They're a nice size, not too big, but long and thin enough to fit thru the bars on my gas heater to easily light the pilot. The bottom has a pull out tab which allows you to easily adjust the flame. I chose the red & gold and they both are a very pretty color & really don't look tacky if I leave one laying on my coffee table. I'd definitely recommend buying these if you need a couple of mine torches.

This was the least expensive that I found, but they work great. We use them to lite candles and mosquito repellents. They’re only 6” long with about a 2” flame, so be careful what you use it for. No issues to date. Save your money, buy these.

Love the quality and appearance of the lighter's but disappointed in how fast it burns up the fuel, but for the price it's ok.And it isn't windproof, which is not a big deal for me but if you need a windproof lighter,these are not for you.

I was skeptical when I saw these because of the low price for two of them but they work better than any torch I have ever purchased throughout the years. No leakage noticed and lights on the first try every time. So simple to use as well. It also gives a super hot flame and when it comes to capacitythe gas seems to last longer than most others. Only problem is they don't always immediately extinguish when the button is released.

These torches seem to be of good quality. They are pretty heavy and have a nice pointed flame. No leaks. Very easy to use.

I've used these types of pen torches for a while and they usually last a decent amount of time with regular use and proper care. They are a good value considering the price. So, when I saw these *new and improved* versions I was pleased since the improvements actually addressed a few key design flaws these have always had.1) A much bigger fuel tank (the best and most needed improvement. It can hold a considerable amount now.2) A better, more robust flame adjustment dial on the bottom that doesn't fall out and get lost (another great improvement)3) The fuel tank is fully visible, there is no guessing anymore (again, needed improvement)4) The "bud shaped" nozzle guard (not sure this was needed but isnt hurting anything)5) Last and NOT least - "High-quality heat dissipation ceramic" the ceramic ring around the flame nozzle cracked in half on one of the pair after only a week of use (see picture). One side of the crack is through the ignition notch causing the spark to misfire and will not light the gas anymore rendering the torch useless.As I said before, I've been using these pen torches for a few years and I've literally never had this happen before, even with heavy use.Here is the kicker - I can't return just the broken one, if I go through the return process I'm required to send both back. Well, I need the one that still works, especially since the other is dead already so I'm stuck with a broken one.1 star - even with the design improvements I can't give more than one star due to a defective item and not being able to return just the broken one for a replacement.

We've had these lighters for about a month now. They are larger than I expected, but they work well. Their appearance is what you would expect. I've had zero issues with refilling them, no leaking either. They light on the first click. The only thing I have noticed is that when you release the button it takes another half second/full second for the flame to extinguish. This could be a potential safety issue, you just need to pay attention.
