Excellent quality
I saw this knife on the Milk Street website first, and then I accidentally found it on Amazon. I've tried a couple of others from the Milk Street website since then. These are the best knives I've used in a long time. It's been a few months now, and this little knife more than anything else has become a go-to knife for me. So far, I haven't needed to sharpen it at all. And I'm often cutting soft things like tomatoes, soft sandwiches, soft fruit, and I haven't had any issues with not being able to cut through something smoothly. The MS website has since had discounts that I've taken advantage of. Between Amazon and the MS website look to see what's available. Whatever you pay, you'll be getting your money's worth. The quality is truly excellent.

I didn't think I needed ANOTHER knife
I didn't think I needed ANOTHER knife but as a Milk St fan I couldn't resist. Well, I DID need this knife. Well made and perfect for cutting small vegetables. Kind of a mashup of a vegetable knife and small Santoku.

Buy this to upgrade your knife work.
This is a 5 out of 5 quality knife. It is scary sharp. The handle and bolster profiles make it easy and comfortable to both pinch-grip and handle grip depending on the task at hand.I also have a smaller Henckels Zwillig ice hardened 4 inch paring knife and this larger Milk Street Kitchin-Diji is a perfect team mate for when I am doing more robust food prep that still calls for precision and good control.I HIGHLY recommend this knife. And the price point is very attractive, as well.Do yourself a solid and add this to your kitchen armory.

Ok for home use with small hands
Not as hearty as I hoped, but a decent utility knife for someone with smaller hands. Not recommended for professional kitchen use.

Sharp and Handy
What a neat little knife. I have a VERY expensive and incredibly sharp petite chef’s knife that I use all the time… well I did, until I got this little gem. It’s very sharp, very light, very handy. If you use a small cutting board, it’s ideal. Now I have two favorite knives in the kitchen.
